1)Download the file from here:

2)Extract from archive
3)Install it in your mu folder
Now you're done , some effects are removed so u must not have lag.
Have fun
im playing with it too =]

me too .. but u have when a MG is using power slash.. =] and SM uses NOVA...!! every one has lagzz when a SM uses nova.. so this patch makes less effects... and every one has lagz in icarus spot when there are many monsters... but not with this patch.... and if u see like 30 players in youre screen... its laggy too... and every one has lagz in BC when there are 10+players... =] but not with this patch.. =]

i bet my PC is better then youres.. im Hosting 3 CS 1.6 servers.. max players 32 players 2000kb/sec donwload speed... ram 1024 >D

on-topic: this patch is used by own risk.
off-topic: if u have lag when action in game is increased, try:
1 - to set your graphic card for best performance (if u use on-board video card jump to 3);
2 - upgrade your processor (if is used 100% in task manager)
3 - upgrade graphic card (last case).

Bring about is the osciilation too strong at your internet conexion but and the server  , they try to use this patch anti-lag (he don`t eliminates 100% but he reduces very many) .
@ patch anti-lag - he operates 100%

@ here is one patch whit update Season3 - 100%

When his i have time and permision , edit and a new patch , the new interface and of don`t new sets
